Impressive is well known in Bavaro, Punta Cana. Thanks to its location within walking distance of bars, restaurants and fun lunch spots at Playa Turquesa, it is a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel itself has three swimming pools, a private beach for guests, several bars and a large reception area with lounge to recover from a relaxing day. #2 Secrets Royal Beach - Adults Only
In the large hotel area of Los Corales you will find the wonderful all-inclusive hotel Secrets Royal Beach. One of the top hotels you can find in Punta Cana. Here you can go as a guest in their adults only hotel complex. But you can also choose to upgrade to Premium Guest, enjoying rooms with private pool, butler service and private restaurant areas all over the complex. You can also visit their Premium Lounge 24/7 for coffee, snacks, and other treats without having to join the bars by the pool.
Now of course this is hugely luxurious, but if you are going on vacation to completely unwind and relax this is really nice. There is someone there for you every time you can reach them via WhatsApp and it makes your entire experience unforgettable and hugely relaxing. For example, your butler also makes all your restaurant reservations and you are always sure to enjoy your stay carefree.
Depending on the season, the prices of the Premium section are around 500€ per night, per room. If you divide this price by two (for example), it really is hugely advantageous for the service you receive in return. In high season this is obviously higher, but your own private pool with breakfast is priceless.
The restaurants are open to all, by reservation. You can choose between Japanese, French, Mediterranean, and also the buffet offers you a nice mix between continental, American food. You'll even find gluten-free and vegetarian options!
Finally, we highlight the beautiful pools around the complex itself and the entertainment. You have a great lounge to sip a cocktail and the pools are so spacious, you can enjoy them in peace. #3 Jewel Resort
Our most recent discovery in Punta Cana is the Jewel Resort, located between the Río Maimón Natural Park and the well-known Macao Beach. Here you get more than what you pay for and it is tremendously pleasant to stay at the hotel
Since it is located a bit higher up, toward the far end of Punta Cana, you end up in a tremendously quiet environment. The hotel itself has two large swimming pools, has its own private beach, several restaurants and coffee spots with cakes, sandwiches and other treats.
The place is incredible! From the different accommodation complexes, you have direct access to the pool. So the largest pool is centrally located around the rooms. The second pool is closer to the beach. Thanks to the fluid motion with which it is laid out, the hotel has ensured that the available spots bring you privacy and tranquility every time. You will never be right next to anyone else at the pool, you will always have a bar close to you and you will even find a grill from noon. Hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos and the well-known Dominican pica pollo are served there until the evening shift for dinner begins. So you will never be hungry there!
The restaurants themselves are spread throughout the entire complex. For example, you have the fish and steak restaurant close to the water. And the French and Italian restaurant are close to the lobby, the main building. This ensures that you are never overwhelmed by all the guests. The buffet itself is the best we have ever seen.
From pizza to Mexican and Italian cuisine, to huge choices of meat, fish, bread, salads, desserts and you name it. There is plenty of choice for every kind of diet.
Not to mention, starting early in the morning, coffee lovers can also enjoy their own coffee bar. An unseen fact! It's like walking into a Starbucks where your entire order is all-in your package. So do you want a donut, a piece of cake and a delicious latte macchiato? Jewel's got you!
The highlight of this hotel? At the pool, you are welcomed by flamingos who have their habitat there in the river in the middle of the complex. They are not at all human-shy and provide just that extra unique experience.
Although the rooms desperately need a modern upgrade, the service and gastronomic experience there is the best of all the all-inclusive hotels we mention here. And a happy stomach, is a happy life. Right?

We conclude our suggestions with one of the most well-known hotel groups in the Dominican Republic: Bahia Principe. In their largest complex in Punta Cana, near Macao, you'll find four different hotels in the same area. Their most luxurious section is called Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda. And it offers you everything an all-inclusive hotel can offer. From a wide range of entertainment, to facilities such as salsa classes, a gym and even the tennis court, it's all here!
As a guest of the Esmeralda section, you can also visit all the restaurants of the entire large hotel complex, and you'll be taken there in golf carts. It's that big! So you are never too close together and can enjoy an all-inclusive stay in peace and quiet. The cuisines you find there are very varied. You have an Oriental restaurant, a Brazilian steakhouse, Italian cuisine and an international buffet. So you can discover a new cuisine every night during your stay!
